Did you read the Qualifications for joining this Webring. If you don't qualify, you will NOT be inserted in the ring!

To join a Webring, the usual procedure is:

• Go to the Webring home page
• Sign up using the submit form (below) - You will receive your HTML code along with your SiteID#
• This places you in the Webring "queue", but NOT the ring itself
• Download the Webring logo graphic to your computer
• Copy and paste the ring logo and code on your Web page
• E-mail the Ringmaster that the code is in place
• When checked for accuracy and being qualified, the Ringmaster will place your Web site in the ring.

Note that filling out the form below does NOT insert you into the ring; it simply makes your page known to the WebRing system and gives you a Site ID Number.
The actual insertion into the Webring is done later, after the Ringmaster has checked your submission, determined that the logo and code are accurately placed on your page, and that your page fits the criteria for belonging to the Richland Alumni Webring.

The RingMaster reserves the right to deny admission to, or to remove any sites from, the Webring which do not conform to the qualifications criteria.
