    The qualifications for being a member of Richland Alumni Webring are simple:
    You must be a Richland High School (North Richland Hills, Texas) alumni.

    What is NOT allowed

    • Nudity, obscene-profanity, or anything else which is not appropriate for a family-oriented Web site.
    • Links to other Web pages or Web sites which are not appropriate to children or family surfers.

    You MUST have the HTML in your page along with the graphics before the RingMaster will insert your page into the Webring.
